Today Constable Teina Come to room 7

The first thing we did was:

1. We grabbed a masks and cut it and glue it.
2. We got into groups of 4 and 5 and talk about what is wrong and what is right.
3. Constable Teina told a story and we had to put up our mask if she had told a lie.
4. We talked about what lie do and how do you know if someone is lying.
5. Then we write down who is our role model and write why and what do you feel when they make you happy.
6. After that Constable Teina Left and we all went back to our classes

BASKETBALL LAST DAY

Today In Room 7 We When To KiwiSport

We all line up next to the door walking to the court but people were excited because there was a new kid in our class, he like the game we played golden child we all laughed and played the game but first we played line basketball and the other team won and there team name was all back like the new zealand rugby team and our team was called Tamaki Thunder.”I think that our named is the best” SOOO..! now we played Golden Child so what you have to do is

1. Get into 2 team
2. One of the teams running and the other scoring and ball into the hoop

• Rules
• If the team get a score and you were running you need to stop until the golden child
• When the golden child is running you need to run with her to the end but if  someone gets it in, the whole team is out then they swap
• One more thing the golden child gos last  make sure because if the fastest go then someone else has to be the golden child

And as we all played time when past  and less and less of the time was gone until we had to go back to class, BUT  FIRST we had to say goodbye because it was our last time for basketball people started being sad but also happy because it was an amazing day until we had to walk up the stair and people were so tired, i think that was the most funny and happy day ever and then we did math but as we were doing math the bell rang “SO SAD SO SAD” but hope you enjoy the story and see you guy next time

Cooking Fries

Today in room 7 we made Fries,

Miss Ashley Called group to make the fries first and started to wash the potato,

Miss Ashley said we didn't need to take the skin off because it has protein in it,

4 by 4 by everyone cut their potato and put it in oil so the spices is stuck to the potato,

Then we added the spices on  the fries and cook it until it was golden brown,

Then it time to eat.

Tip Top Trip

Tip Top Trip YAY!!!

Today in room 7 we were going to the One and only tip top trip with room 8 and 5, we arrive at the tip top factory room 8 and little bit of room 5 and room 6 went first as room 7 and 5 and 6 stay and played at the playground. When  it was our turn we walk up the stair and waited in a ice cream room, and a lot of people were playing game like mama mama and hand game and also other games too. A lady came to the door and we all line up in our group and walk up to the factory and started watching how they make yummy yummy ice cream, she ask us what are the 3 things we use for ice cream, we raise our hands and said sugar cream and milk then we move to the cooling part. We felt the window and it felt really cold it was at 4’c so next you we had to smell little pole and find out what the flavour and it was oranger mint caramel and  goody goody gum drops then we arrived to the cheesecake maker and it makes 40 a minute that's why they make it every 1 month, We all quietly walk to the place where they pack the ice cream away, we walk over to a lady who holded up a chocolate but it and not just any chocolate it was a big chocolate we all try to grab it but we new we wasn’t allowed, then the lady ask us “who want some ice cream” we all yelled “ WE DO!!!” and we all walk into the magic room and grab a ice cream and sat down while watching a movie, we all finish our ice cream and said good bye to the tour lady. And we all went in the bus and ride to school

Banana Bread

Today i room 7 we are making banana bread yum, it's like the banana octs pancake but is a cake bread thing? first we got into groups of 4, then we grab and bowl with banana i it and start mashing it. after it's mash grab another bowl and first put 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract then add 1 egg little bit on salt and 1 or 2 cup of flour, and also add one cup of butter and start to mix until it look like dow. after that pour it in a pan or a tray if you like, then wait for it to cook and it will turn like this.

Animal should be kept in zoo

I think animal should be kept in zoo because in the wild they would get hunted down and kill by there own kind and if they keep getting kill less and less of them will be alive. Also there they are having a Breeding Program to make sure they don’t get  extinct and get feeded the right amount of they need, But they [ protected for their enemies

So because there are having a breeding program more and more of them are get born and so they can not getting  extinct at the same time, and also being protected as they are breeding and in the zoo as they are showing off that they are animals. For Example : In New Zealand Zoos they are breeding  extinct animals so they don’t get  extinct, And Also getting hurt animal and healing them and then take them back to the wild again

Another reason is, animal and sea creature are not getting taking care of because For Example this sea creature called glaucus atlanticus are getting  extinct because us people are dumping your rubbish in the water and the rubbish is making them sick and die from all the oil and germs

Animal should be kept in zoo because it is hard to found food  in the wild and if the animal need food they kill other animal so they don’t feel  hungry

Should we have fidget Spinner in school

Title: Should Fidget Spinner be allowed in school

Introduction:

Fidget spinner should not be allowed in school because it make noise and people will focus on the fidget spinner not there work and also a kid choked on a little part of the fidget spinner

First paragraph: Fidget Spinner are noise

O	I think fidget spinner are noise because...
R	The metal fidget spinner make a weird chain sound we you spin them and if you spin about 10 you will want to smash it into small parts, but the other fidget spinner are  quietly but we are talking about the noise so if you buy a metal fidget you will see and heard the noise that why fidget spinner should not be in school.
E	There are a lot of fidget spinner in our class so that means there is a extra noise in the classroom and we don’t want to heard a lot of fidget spinner noise
O	That is why fidget spinner are noise maker!!

Second paragraph: Don’t focus on work

O	Fidget  should not be in school because they focus on the fidget spinner and not on there work
R	When people play with there fidget spinner when it is learning time, they start to focus on the spin of the fidget spinner and not on there work Sorry this is not one!! ?
E	Fidget spinner are toy that want you to focus on it because 2 boy in own class were playing with there fidget spinner and didn't know that the teacher was looking at them like i said before when you spin it you focus
O	That is why fidget spinner make you focus on it. Is it true or not ??

Third paragraph: Small Parts

O	First of all someone can cut them self with the small part so it is safer without fidget spinner
R	When a little try to clean there fidget spinner with her mouth and a part of the fidget spinner went in her body and she was lucky the doctor can get it out that is why we should not have fidget spinner
E	If someone try to clean it with there mouth again, they could die this now but no one wants that so we should not let 4 and down kid play with fidget spinner
O	That is why we should not have fidget spinner

I feel that it is a parents responsibility to decide if their child can have a phone or not, that responsibility should not fall to the school or the teacher.

Some people might argue that having phones in school could lead to more cyberbullying, on the other hand, at TPS we do Cybersmart which teaches us how to be responsible on the internet.

Introduction:

Phone should not be in school because they surely make people distracted with the phone a and also they go on games when it is learning time and they can take picture of someone else work and copy it then they have all the answer

First paragraph:

O	When people have phones they distracted other classmates when they are learning and working
R	When friend see you playing game on your phone they want to play to then you make them want to play with you As kid play with phone they are like taking pic and having so much fun, and when if they are still kept playing they will want to play on the phone more and more and more and if they still want to play with it, they might get crazy without it.
E	They can also distracted other in learning when you friend or classmate is playing game, and then you just really really want them to stop playing game and start working on their work
O	I think it is best without cellphone because in my opinion classes can get little over distracted from like a phone they got from home like fidget sinner ever one want one but it distract the class that is how you know phone will distract the class too.

Second paragraph:

O	Go on games when the teacher is not looking.
R	When you go on games you want to play and play more, and because your phone is little you are able to play on it without the teacher looking and taking your phone away so this is a really good idea because the phone are tiny people can like hide their phone behind a chair and the teacher will not see it
E	I this situation kids all over the world have phones, but it is bad to because if kids and phone people will call them when they are that school and the ringing tone comes and people knows now that she have a phone but then if a bully heard that someone had a phone they or he might take it when she gos class
O	Games and surely making kids want to play more and go’s for the same to phone This is my idea why kid should not have phone at school

Third paragraph:

O	Kid might take photo of someone work then copy it
R	Kids love taking photo because it is fun but like when they find out about facebook and stuff they would like go on it at school so they can talk to people
E	As we play game on our phones kid like to play game so when u they go to school they will get there phone and start playing games
O	I think that kid should not be playing game on phone because the games will distract you when you start working
